Mobi-Mat® Tow-Mat is a narrow heavy duty polyester roll-out mat system, reinforced with Fiberglass or Carbon composite rods to spread the load of any heavy vehicle or aircraft landing gear on soft ground.

For Aircraft Recovery operations, the Mobi-Mat® Tow-Mat can be used to build Towing Surfaces and Pathways. By reinforcing the ground, Mobi-Mat® Tow-Mat allows a quick towing of the disabled aircraft while preventing secondary damages. Indeed, its unique excellent grip decreases traction efforts while limiting the pulling force required on the landing gear to pull the aircraft out of the rut. Unlike metal plates, the porosity of the Mobi-Mat® Tow-Mats polyester rolls allow them to be easily retrieved from sticky mud and the towing pathway reconfigured as necessary.
